Modern urban planning increasingly requires sustainable neighbourhood solutions that integrate into urban infrastructure. Commercial districts have long since developed into centres of innovation and technology, making them key drivers of economic and social change within our cities.

We want to help shape this change with our many years of experience in district development. Our “Value Investment” approach is based on two concepts: investing in existing properties whose value can be increased in the short to medium term through active repositioning and management services, and the new development of properties whose potential for value creation we can identify and exploit at an early stage.

Important examples of modern districts in the BEOS portfolio include the “Air Tech Campus Oberpfaffenhofen”, a leading location for German aerospace technology, and the “BERLIN DECKS”, where a former industrial wasteland is being transformed into a modern innovation campus in the heart of the capital right next to the water. We are developing an entire district on the former site of the Griesheim industrial park – in the coming years “FRANKFURT WESTSIDE” will become an urban, open commercial district for the working environment of the 21st century.
