The project kicked off with the purchase of a conversion property in Berlin-Neukölln in 2002: investors were given the opportunity to invest in individual properties on a private equity basis. Since then, the project has been a great success, with a development volume of around EUR 2.57 billion, allowing BEOS to establish itself as one of the leading project developers of corporate real estate.
The “GIESSEREI” at the site in Garching, near Munich, is an example of how a project vision can become reality. Since 2019, a sustainable commercial campus with flexible space has been developed on the site of a former aluminium foundry and welcomed its first tenants just four years later.
